ABBEY HOMES CLIENT REGISTRATION POLICY
For a real estate agent to qualify for a commission, the client must be registered in one of two ways:

I. On-Site Registration
The real estate agent must accompany the client to the sales office at which time the agent will sign and receive a copy of the R.E. Agent – Client Registration Form.

II. Phone Registration
For a client to be properly registered by phone, the real estate agent must call in the above client information prior to the client’s arrival at the sales office. The client must visit the sales office within 3 days of the call (or the registration is null and void). The agent must then come to the sales office as soon as possible to sign the registration form (not to exceed 7 days after the client’s visit or the registration is null and void).

The client must not have visited the sales office within the past 90 days. If a client has previously visited the sales office, the real estate agent will be notified and no commission will be paid.

The real estate agent will be protected for a period of 60 days from the date the client is registered or authorized extension thereof.

In the event client is being represented by two or more different real estate agents, builder will pay agent designated by buyer at time purchase agreement is signed. In no event will split fees be paid by builder.

A 3% (three percent) commission will be paid on the base sales price of the home on a new build and 3% (three percent) of the listed price for a home on which construction has already begun.
